We ship worldwide from Fun HQ in Los Angeles, CA via USPS.
Sometimes we will fulfill your order using Amazon Fulfillment services. This happens when Amazon is warehousing our products and they can get them to you faster/cheaper than we can get them to you from our warehouse. If we use Amazon for fulfillment, your order will arrive in a Amazon packaging, but rest assured, they are still our genuine USA Made Funstigators products and you are still supporting our California Small Business!
Every order is shipped out as quickly as possible, but handling times may change based on the time of year and your particular order. Standard handling time is 2-5 days, but sometimes up to 7-10 if we are waiting on a part of your order to be completed. If you need your order by a particular date, please mention that need by date in the notes when you order and we will do our best to ensure it gets to you on or before that date.
Standard free shipping is first class. You may pay for a shipping upgrade if you need your items faster.
